A few nights ago we met this amazing woman, Neville, wise beyond her years. She is the owner of Woods Hole Hostel. She was so positive, kind and generous, also an outstanding cook. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast before we left. Her motto is “what is the next good deed I can do for someone”.
We had another enjoyable dinner with our “boat friends”, Trawler and Tinder. They saved me by taking me to Walmart to purchase some shorts. Found out that zip, snap and tie shorts don’t work well in the woods.
Another hiking friend, Streaker, is so friendly. We are in awe of his 34 NYC marathons.
Basically, we have met really cool people out here. I am reflecting on being more positive, kind and generous.
